The "MadPLL" Phase-Locked-Loop controller is the electronic heart of a versatile, user-configurable AFM-SPM-NSOM system:

• YOU CHOOSE tip-scanning, or sample-scanning, or both

• YOU CHOOSE tungsten wire probes, or Akiyama probes, or both

• YOU CHOOSE self-oscillation, PLL-driven, or DDS-driven mode

• YOU CHOOSE to build onto your optical microscope, or to build onto our 'open format' platform

• YOU CHOOSE the XY-axis scanning range-of-motion (*)

• YOU CHOOSE the Z-axis scanning range-of-motion (*)

• YOU CHOOSE the XY-axis coarse positioning range-of-motion (*)

• YOU CHOOSE the Z-axis coarse positioning range-of-motion (*)

• (*) if your application does not require this motion in this axis, you may omit it from your system, and save even more money!

• WE provide the probe mounting board & sensor amplifier board & AFMView™ software

• YOU are ALWAYS ready to start work quickly ... "just add science"
